The Northern Ohio Area Chambers of Commerce (NOACC) is a network of over 140 local chambers of commerce, dedicated to providing small businesses with access to exclusive, high-quality cost-saving programs.

These programs are designed to help businesses reduce expenses in key areas such as group health insurance premiums, merchant service fees, natural gas and electricity rates, and more.
