NOACC introduces 3 new programs - (1) Sedgwick for workers' compensation, (2) ECCA Payroll+ for HR and payroll processing and (3) GeoBlue for international travel medical insurance
2023
3 Project Teams are introduced - Programming Project Team, Marketing Project Team and Affinity Program Project Team. These Teams assist NOACC in carrying out its mission and vision.

Celebrated the 15th Annual Bright Star Awards Program at Sawmill Creek in Sandusky.

Launched the NOACC Chamber Focus Series - A webinar series addressing needs for chambers and chamber leaders
2018
Cindy Holzheimer was hired as President/CEO of NOACC. She is a former NOACC board member and also ran the Beachwood Chamber for 5 years. She comes from the Alzheimer's Association before her time in the chamber industry.
2016
The SOCA Benefit Plan, Anthem MEWA Plan, was introduced, and continues to be NOACC's leading benefits program
2008
The launch of the Chamber Bright Star program in 2008 brought the chambers together to celebrate the efforts of their volunteers in their mutual success.
2008
NOACC selects Benefits 1 Group as the Workers' Compensation Program (later changed name to Paramount Preferred Solutions and then ProMedica).
2006
NOACC Celebrated its 10th Anniversary with Governor Bob Taft visiting to award membership plaques to 40 chambers in attendance. NOACC celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2025.
2003
NOACC celebrated the 100th chamber joining its pool of members.
2002
Vicky Hawke was offered and accepted the position of Executive Director of NOACC in March 2002 and served as the Executive Director of NOACC until September 2018.
1995
NOACC was formed and incorporated by the three founding chambers: Beachwood, Euclid and Solon.
1993
Ryan presented the answer to the Board: A Community Mutual Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance product that offered chamber members deep discounts off standard street rates and standard commissions to agents.
1992
Ron White of Beachwood asked Bill Ryan of Master Benefits to participate in the development of tangible benefits of membership for the Beachwood Chamber of Commerce
