IMPORTANT--Include all or parts of the Payment Insider January 2008 in your Chamber newsletters. It would be difficult to overstate the importance of PCI compliance for POS systems, old terminals and old pin-pads. For more info call Paul Guay at 440-933-0114 or a local Heartland RM if you have any questions or get calls from members regarding this issue.

Enroll in Group Rating Program through your chamber today!

Time is running out to enroll in a group rating program for 2008.  Even though the maximum discount has been reduced by the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC), group rating is STILL the best way to protect your business and reduce your workers’ comp premiums.  Being in a group--that includes Attorney Representation at all Industrial Commission Hearings like the chamber’s program through NOACC with Comprehensive Risk Management (CRM)--is one of the best ways to participate in a group.  Don’t let the enrollment deadline slip away.  If you have received enrollment materials from CRM already, they must be returned as soon as possible.  The group filing must be completed by the end of February.

If you haven’t enrolled yet, there is still time to get a group rating quote--contact Group Rating at CRM by calling 216-901-0066 or click here to apply online http://www.crmoh.com/online_ac3.aspx.
